Team England enjoyed massive success at the recent 2022 Home Internationals held at the Northern Snooker Centre in Leeds, winning four of the five main championships on offer, and finishing as runners-up in the other.
England B won the main championship; claiming the Prince of Wales Shield for the first time since 2015, whilst B teams retained the under-16 and under-21 snooker championship titles, with the A teams in these sections finishing as runners-up.
The billiards championship title was also defended, as the A side defeated the B side in an all-England final.
In the Masters snooker championship, England were only just ousted by Wales A, 7-5, in the title match.
English players also gained several individual accolades – please see below.
Referees Graham Mason and Dale Herbert represented the EPSB and officiated throughout the event.
The English Partnership for Snooker and Billiards congratulates all its players, officials and supporters for their efforts during the festival and in the way they conducted themselves.
