EPSB events are subject to the following rules and player guidance:

- EPSB Parents, Guardian, Carers and Spectators Code of Conduct
- EPSB Referees Code of Conduct
- EPSB Staff Code of Conduct
All competitions are played in accordance with the WPBSA Official Rules of Snooker and English Billiards.
