The 2024 English 6-Red Championship takes place this weekend (24-25 February) at the Northern Snooker Centre in Leeds.
The English 6-Red Championship, won last year by Ashley Carty, is the national snooker championship for the 6-Red format of the sport that has become increasingly popular in recent years.
A field of 49 players will compete for the Jake Nicholson Trophy, named in honour of the former back-to-back champion who sadly passed away in 2021, including former winners Jonathan Bagley and Craig Steadman.
This year’s English 6-Red Championship will once again be hosted by the Northern Snooker Centre in Leeds. The address for the venue can be found below:
92 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, LS3 1LT
The first day of the championship will be a group stage, followed by knockouts on the Sunday.
The draw and schedule will be released on the day and once available, these can be found on WPSBA SnookerScores website. There is a link at the top of the article to where these will be located.
Please ensure you arrive at the venue at 9:15am on the Saturday. Only players present at the club at this time will be entered into the group stage draw.
