EPSB to use the WPBSA Tournament Manager service

The English Partnership for Snooker and Billiards is very happy to announce that we shall be using the recently introduced World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (WPBSA) Tournament Manager system throughout this season. 

Within the next 12 months we are hoping to fully utilise this fantastic and purposeful online facility to include membership / entry fee transactions and features such as live and updated scoring at tournaments.  

Until such notice, though, we will use the Tournament Manager to list entries for upcoming events and to record / archive results after them. Each event will have its own tournament page – under the EPSB section – listing details about the format, prize money and venue. All tour events (English Amateur Tour, Under-21, Under-20 and Seniors) from now until the end of the calendar year that already have entries are live.

Please note, as the Tournament Manager is a developing system, it does not currently facilitate entry payments, so please still use the incumbent EPSB MemberZone to purchase memberships and tournament entries. We aim to list and make players viewable on the Tournament Manager within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Also, please be aware that the number of players per group, number of qualifiers and number of frames to be played is either likely to, or could, be altered. These factors will depend on the number of entries for events and will be decided closer to the time.
