The English Partnership for Snooker & Billiards (EPSB) is pleased to announce that the Northern Snooker Centre in Leeds will host this year’s English Women’s Championship on 14-15 June.
The national championship for female players in England will take place at the iconic venue in West Yorkshire for the first time with current World Women’s Snooker (WWS) number five Rebecca Kenna set to defend the crown she won twelve months ago.
The Northern Snooker Centre has a rich history of women’s snooker, having most recently hosted the UK Women’s Championship last September, and has generously provided sponsorship for this year’s English Women’s Championship.
The event will be open to all women and girls holding a current EPSB membership and will take place across two days, with the opening day to see group stages completed, followed by the knockout rounds on Sunday.
Entries are now open via WPBSA SnookerScores and will close on Friday 6 June at 12:00.
